About This Role
- Lead design, development, and support of enterprise Java applications and scalable automation frameworks using technologies like Java-Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, and JUnit.
- Drive application and quality engineering initiatives across multiple enterprise platforms including UI, API, backend, database, integration, and end-to-end testing layers with CI/CD pipeline optimization and cloud-native practices.
- Mentor engineers, establish coding standards and best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals, and lead modernization and performance engineering efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven expertise in Java development, test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven), and modern automation/testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with database automation (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL), API automation (REST and SOAP), and performance testing (JMeter).
