About This Role
- Execute complex non-financial regulatory reporting tasks independently, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across jurisdictions and products.
- Perform advanced validation, reconciliation, and analysis post-report submission to resolve regulatory reporting issues.
- Lead process improvement initiatives including developing business requirements for system enhancements and coordinating with stakeholders and partner units.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years work experience in Operations, preferably in regulatory reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with transactional regulatory reporting and understanding of operational processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working directly with business stakeholders to develop structured business requirements.
- Skilled at using or implementing data automation and transformation tools like Xceptor or Alteryx; knowledge of AI prompt development is a plus.
- Able to act as an escalation point for junior team members and contribute to control framework and internal training initiatives.
