About This Role
- Own and execute monthly customer invoicing processes for APAC operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness per contracts.
- Support revenue accrual preparation, month-end financial close activities, and resolve financial reporting discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, drive automation, process standardization, and act as SME for invoicing and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in customer invoicing, contract administration, financial shared services, revenue reporting, or financial analysis.
- Strong advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Work location: Mumbai/Hybrid; Work Experience Required: At least 5 years explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Account Management, Controllership, and Finance teams within APAC context.
- Skilled in financial reporting and analyzing data trends with experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
- Comfortable working with contract management, revenue recognition, and driving process improvements including automation (SQL/MS Access knowledge preferred).
