About This Role
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports including revenue, cost, expenses, budget, forecast, and variance analysis.
- Manage large Excel datasets with complex formulas and create Power BI dashboards using Power Query and DAX for finance reporting.
- Coordinate with finance, accounting, and business teams to meet reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and timely dashboard refreshes.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience in finance reporting, MIS reporting, or Power BI reporting roles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables).
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI Desktop including data cleaning with Power Query and creation of visuals and DAX measures.
- Good understanding of P&L, budget vs actuals, expense reporting, and variance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large financial datasets and creating management dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Skilled in collaborating with finance and business teams for reporting and explaining insights.
- Able to maintain data accuracy and meet reporting deadlines consistently in a finance function environment.
