About This Role
- End-to-end management of financials, audits, tax, treasury, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, banks, statutory authorities, vendors, consultants, SSC, and global/regional finance teams.
- Lead financial reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and continuous process improvements while managing banking relationships and working capital.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in finance and accounts domain with a minimum of 3 years in managerial roles.
- Educational Qualifications: BCom degree and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, taxation (Direct and Indirect tax, GST), legal requirements, and IFRS.
- Work Experience Required: 6-8 years in finance/accounts with 3 years managerial experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex financial functions within large, multi-stakeholder organisations, preferably with exposure to global/regional finance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing finance teams and drive finance transformation initiatives.
- Comfortable working with internal control frameworks, statutory compliance, and treasury/working capital management in a structured corporate environment.
