About This Role
- Lead client engagements to optimize finance data processes across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash cycles, focusing on finance data flows, reconciliations, and analytics.
- Design and implement finance data lakes, dashboards, KPIs, and governance frameworks to drive strategic performance improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder engagements, data quality assessments, and mentor junior consultants while supporting finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance data intelligence, finance analytics, or finance domain.
- Mandatory qualifications: CA, CFA, CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting or finance data intelligence leadership roles, with strong knowledge of corporate finance processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to lead finance transformation, ERP implementation, and data governance initiatives with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical expertise combined with commercial acumen and experience working in fast-paced, global client environments.
