About This Role
- Define and prioritize product vision, roadmap, and backlog for healthcare insurance technology solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with focus on US healthcare insurance.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and UAT support.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience; 5+ years in project management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance domain including claims, eligibility, benefits, policy administration, and provider networks.
- Experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner with expertise in requirements gathering and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex healthcare insurance business processes into effective product features within Agile environments.
- Capable of bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive product development.
- Familiar with digital transformation in healthcare insurance including automation and AI-driven tools.
