About This Role
- Source, screen, and coordinate IT candidate recruitment to fill technology roles.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
- Support offer discussions and onboarding coordination under senior recruiter guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field; IT recruitment experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and job titles.
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools.
- Location: Calicut, India (internal position).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with managing multiple IT recruitment requisitions and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
- Comfortable conducting candidate communications and initial interview screening.
