About This Role
- Own full-cycle technical recruitment for IT roles including IT Support, Network Engineers, Developers, and Cloud Engineers.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communication ensuring smooth hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer conversions; maintain ATS records and support onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies and experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster or similar portals.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

- Experienced technical recruiter comfortable managing multiple open positions and coordinating with technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in technical candidate evaluation and effective communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented with ability to track recruitment metrics and maintain organized candidate documentation.
