About This Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end contract-to-billing lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate client invoicing in compliance with company and client policies.
- Coordinate with Business teams for invoice preparation, validation of supporting documents, and resolution of billing queries across onshore and offshore teams.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to billing, audit preparation, and lead process improvement initiatives within billing operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in finance operations, billing, or revenue recognition.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financial modules, particularly Accounts Receivable and Billing.
- On-site work requirement in Gurugram, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-entity, multi-currency billing environments with strong coordination skills across global teams.
- Proficient in audit support including internal, external, and SOX compliance processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good understanding of tax concepts (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax).
