About This Role
- Develop and maintain KPIs, operational reports, and dashboards monitoring Risk and Control environment effectiveness.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and automate data workflows to ensure reliable, timely data for analysis and reporting.
- Analyze multi-source datasets using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI to identify trends, anomalies, and security risks supporting leadership decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and scripting.
- Proven experience building and optimizing batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines and managing large multi-source datasets.
- Hands-on expertise in enterprise data visualization tools such as Tableau.

- Experienced in applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI (including Generative and Agentic AI) to automate and enhance data reasoning workflows.
- Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and governance teams to deliver actionable data insights.
- Comfortable working within complex data environments to transform raw data into strategic insights influencing risk management and security.
