About This Role
- Lead cross-organizational technology programs in Infrastructure & Cloud, AI, Security, and application initiatives supporting Investment Management processes.
- Drive successful delivery of scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud solutions working with US-based architecture teams and global development locations.
- Manage application modernization and migration strategies, resolving technical challenges and stakeholder conflicts to meet project goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology/Engineering/Computer Science.
- 14+ years of IT program/project management experience.
- 3+ years of Cloud program experience, preferably with AWS or Azure in financial services.
- 7+ years managing global teams; strong knowledge of public cloud tech stack; experience with relational databases or OLAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling interdependent technology projects linked to investment management domain, including trade lifecycle and compliance.
- Technical background with development experience in Python or Java, and expertise in API Gateways, Microservices, AI Integration, and AWS architecture.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across multiple teams and locations, adept at driving cloud-based modernization and migration initiatives.
