About This Role
- Lead automation and governance of Identity and Access Management focusing on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration with UKG HRIS systems.
- Develop and maintain secure lifecycle management processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) aligned with Zero Trust and least privilege principles, ensuring regulatory compliance (HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
- Create and manage PowerShell-based automation scripts for IAM operations including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management; support audits through documentation and control mapping.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IAM or IT Security with emphasis on Microsoft Entra ID and HRIS integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for AzureAD, MSOnline, and Graph API modules.
- Experience working in compliance-heavy environments following regulatory frameworks like HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID IAM components such as Entitlement Management, Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, and RBAC/ABAC.
- Practical experience automating IAM workflows and integrating identity systems with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and regulatory compliance requirements, producing audit-ready documentation and IAM maturity models.
