About This Role
- Develop and maintain analytical solutions and recurring reports/dashboards focused on customer-quality data such as Warranty, NPS, and J.D. Power metrics.
- Integrate, cleanse, validate, and transform multi-source datasets to produce reliable, analysis-ready outputs with quality checks and documentation.
- Lead data-driven identification of issues and opportunities, automate reporting workflows, present findings to stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional analytics projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, quality analytics, or reporting automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and automation tools such as Power Apps.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, PivotTables, and VBA or equivalent automation techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large or multi-source datasets with proven ability to deliver recurring analytics and automated reporting solutions.
- Familiarity or ability to work with customer-quality metrics including NPS, Warranty, and J.D. Power IQS/VDS/APEAL measurements.
- Comfortable translating complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
