About This Role
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and data models to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
- Lead BI solution architecture including data warehousing, ETL process improvements, and performance optimization of BI systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, translate business needs into technical specifications, and maintain data accuracy and integrity across enterprise BI applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any stream with proven experience in Power BI domain.
- For Senior Developer: 5 to 6 years of relevant Power BI experience; for Team Lead level, 7 to 10 years including team leadership.
- Strong skills in Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data warehousing.
- Work Experience Required: Explicitly specified based on role level (Senior Developer: 5-6 years, Team Lead: 7-10 years).
