About This Role
- Own system-level embedded software development including driver development and BSP.
- Design, implement, and review code with a focus on performance, security, and secure coding standards.
- Coordinate across multiple technology teams and test engineering to deliver software solutions on SoCs using Linux/Android/QNX platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field plus 6+ years Software Engineering experience OR Master's degree plus 5+ years OR PhD plus 4+ years.
- 3+ years experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python.
- Experience with embedded software, driver development, systems engineering on SoCs with Linux/Android/QNX is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ to 6+ years depending on degree level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SoC architectures, heterogeneous IPs, peripheral buses (SPI, USB, I2C) for 3+ years.
- Proficient with industry standard development tools: debuggers, version control (GIT, Gerrit, Perforce), IDEs, and build systems.
- Has hands-on experience in secure coding practices and coordinating cross-functional teams for system software development.
