About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design and domain-driven microservices architecture for Ford Production System (FPS+) in global manufacturing contexts.
- Develop and scale concurrent, ultra-low latency backend microservices using Go (Golang) and build high-performance React.js front-end applications.
- Own technical excellence including code quality governance, performance profiling, sprint backlog grooming, and team mentorship for junior/mid-level developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Software Architect role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related quantitative field.
- Strong expertise in Go (Golang) for microservices, including concurrency patterns and gRPC/RESTful API integration.
- Extensive experience with React.js, TypeScript, modern frontend technologies, and cloud/container platforms like Kubernetes (GKE) and Google Cloud Platform.

- Experienced technical leader capable of spearheading complex distributed system designs with a focus on ultra-low latency and high-throughput pipelines.
