About This Role
- Lead and deliver software development projects using Agile/Scrum, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and remove team impediments to achieve sprint goals.
- Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and high-quality deliveries.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing healthcare insurance software projects or similar technology products using Agile.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder and risk management abilities with leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Certified or familiar with PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent Agile certifications.
