About This Role
- Responsible for document comparison and policy verification with strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Review large volumes of Property & Casualty insurance policies, handling between 10 to over 1,000 policies.
- Manage priorities and communicate effectively to support customer and stakeholder needs during high-demand periods.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to work across shifts: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance and policy checking/review.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team and communicating clearly in English.
