About This Role
- Own production planning, scheduling, and control ensuring alignment of customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.
- Manage on-time delivery commitments by optimizing manufacturing lead times, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement initiatives using ERP-based planning and reporting (Dynamics 365).
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of relevant production planning and control experience in manufacturing.
- Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of PLM tools like Sovelia is preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 5-6 years in manufacturing environment involving production scheduling, MRP, capacity planning, and inventory control.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Stores teams to resolve bottlenecks and meet delivery schedules.
- Practical skills in data analysis, MIS reporting, KPI monitoring, and driving continuous improvement.
- Familiar with discrete/customized equipment manufacturing and ERP-based production planning environments.
