About This Role
- Manage and deliver complex insurance operational tasks ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Handle data quality, process execution, and contribute to process improvements and system testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations while supporting risk and compliance monitoring activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Must have strong attention to detail with experience in document comparison, policy verification, and Property & Casualty insurance policy review.
- Must be ready to work in shifts (6:30 am – 3:30 pm) and work onsite in Mumbai at least 3 days per week (hybrid mode).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large volumes of P&C insurance policies with strong analytical and time management skills.
- Capable communicator with good command of English and experience collaborating in team environments.
- Candidate with US Insurance Certification or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
