About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation across finance processes: record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, targeting measurable efficiency and data integrity improvements.
- Oversee design and implementation of target operating models, advanced technology, and automation to reduce manual effort, risk, and speed financial close and settlement.
- Manage governance frameworks and collaborate with senior finance, technology, and operations stakeholders to align transformation with strategic and regulatory priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in digital transformation across enterprise finance, with proven automation and data-driven solutions delivery.
- Deep operational knowledge of record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay finance functions in complex environments.
- Experience in program and project management office for large, multi-stream finance transformation programs including governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Hybrid work model with requirement of 4 days/week onsite in client or Cognizant office in India.

- Senior leader with extensive experience driving finance operations transformation in multinational corporations covering multiple finance cycles.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among finance, technology, controllership, treasury, tax, and business operations stakeholders.
