About This Role
- Manage and deliver insurance operations tasks ensuring adherence to service level agreements and data quality.
- Support system change testing (UAT) and actively contribute to process improvements within insurance operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures to manage risk and protect company interests.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in insurance operations or related field.
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- Experience with Property & Casualty insurance, including policy checking and review of large volumes of policies.
- Ability to work at least three days a week from office in Mumbai (hybrid role) with shift timings 6:30am – 3:30pm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in document comparison and policy verification for insurance.
- Experienced in working under SLAs and supporting business continuity during peak times or colleague absence.
- Comfortable with compliance and risk frameworks, capable of identifying and evaluating risks within insurance operations.
