About This Role
- Manage and support network segmentation and access-control policies across enterprise and manufacturing environments.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLAN, and L2/L3 connectivity issues and analyze network traffic to resolve policy/connectivity problems.
- Support secure onboarding of manufacturing/OT equipment and collaborate with Network, Cybersecurity, and OT teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of Network Administration/Operations experience.
- Strong skills in Routing, Switching, VLAN, ACL, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to NAC, ISE, network segmentation, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with OT/ICS or manufacturing network environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Cisco technologies and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or security certifications is a plus.
- Capable of working across cross-functional teams including Network, Cybersecurity, and OT for secure network operations.
