About This Role
- Operate, enhance, and support enterprise network segmentation and access-control platforms focusing on secure manufacturing/OT environments.
- Develop and maintain network access control (NAC) and group-based security policies for segmentation and policy enforcement.
- Analyze network traffic, troubleshoot complex Layer 2/3 connectivity and policy issues, and support onboarding of new OT/manufacturing equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Network Engineering or Network Operations, with at least 2 years specifically in Network Security, NAC, segmentation, or policy enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, VLANs, ACLs, and hands-on experience in L2/L3 troubleshooting.
- Experience with NAC/ISE, network segmentation platforms, packet capture, and traffic-flow analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; OT/ICS or manufacturing network exposure strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Cisco networking/security technologies and platforms such as SGT, TrustSec, and ISE or equivalents.
- Technical operator comfortable collaborating across Network, Cybersecurity, and OT/site engineering teams in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Able to maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures for complex network segmentation and security platforms.
