About This Role
- Own end-to-end design and execution of technical projects integrating Salesforce, CPQ, Customer Portal, and Pricing platforms within Commercial ecosystem.
- Manage cross-functional technical teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead Scrum team lifecycle including code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor developers, and drive process optimization and technological innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 6+ years experience in software development and technical product management.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning, Apex, Integrations) and CPQ platforms.
- English fluent communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional, global technical projects integrating CRM, CPQ, Customer Portal, and Pricing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to balance new development, technical debt reduction, and defect resolution to maximize ROI and platform stability.
- Certified in PMP, ScrumMaster or equivalent project management certification preferred.
