About This Role
- Lead and manage Linguistic Validation projects, including harmonization, back translation, expert and in-country reviews, and cognitive debriefing for Clinical Outcome Assessment instruments.
- Act as main client contact and coordinate communication between interviewers, recruiters, translators, and reviewers to ensure project accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide training and assistance to associate project managers and maintain documentation reflecting current project status in compliance with ISO and company quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of successful experience in Linguistic Validation Project Management.
- Experience with company LV project management procedures, graphic layout, project planning, and knowledge of English grammar and proofreading.
- Proficiency with software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, CAT Tools, Office 365, and Skype.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder, linguistically sensitive projects within regulated or clinical research environments.
- Capable of leading projects with multiple managers while ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated by maintaining accurate, up-to-date project documentation and coordinating cross-functional teams internationally.
