About This Role
- Design and optimize multi-step AI prompts and reusable templates to support finance functions such as reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows and governance controls that improve finance team productivity and consistency while ensuring strong review practices.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams to drive AI adoption and provide training, guidance, and continuous improvement of AI tools across finance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years developing structured and multi-step prompts for LLM assistants like Claude, GenieOne, and/or Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong knowledge of finance and FP&A processes including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Onsite position in Trivandrum; travel required as part of role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience building and curating reusable AI prompt libraries and user guidance geared toward non-technical finance users.
- Comfortable interpreting finance data exports with strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, and some familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft 365 Copilot applications.
- Ability to create clear and practical business narratives and training materials to drive successful AI adoption within finance teams.
