About This Role
- Lead strategy, delivery, and scaling of agentic AI across global financial operations within Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, and Custody.
- Own end-to-end product portfolio accountability for business value, risk posture, and sustained performance in a highly regulated environment.
- Lead multiple cross-functional PODs and senior Product Owners to drive product roadmap, governance, and enterprise alignment with stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of leadership in products, platforms, or transformations within regulated financial services operations.
- Proven ownership of enterprise-scale automation or AI portfolios implemented into Business-As-Usual (BAU).
- Deep domain expertise in Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, or Custody.
- Extensive experience engaging with risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory bodies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior product leader adept at balancing automation growth with operational, regulatory, and reputational risk management.
- Strong executive communication skills with a track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
- Background in scaling product-centric agile organizations and driving governance for AI risk, monitoring, and data/model controls.
