About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering, scoping, and technical design for complex business-critical applications, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Drive technical initiatives across multiple teams, manage dependencies, resolve engineering challenges, and ensure timely delivery adhering to architectural standards and best practices.
- Oversee defect management, production troubleshooting, application reliability, and mentor engineers to promote engineering quality and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area with 4 years’ software engineering experience OR 6 years’ software engineering experience without a degree.
- Strong expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, and frameworks including Next.js, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and React.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4-6 years in software engineering or related area as specified in degree options.

- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into technical requirements and architecture for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Proven experience leading cross-team technical initiatives in cloud-native, microservices, and distributed system environments.
- Strong leadership skills in mentoring engineers, managing stakeholder communication, and driving continuous engineering improvements including adoption of AI-powered tools.
