About This Role
- Manage high volume dealer parts orders, including monitoring, placing orders, and addressing back orders.
- Communicate regularly with facility and process partners to provide order status updates and resolve order-related issues.
- Analyze dealer/customer order data to suggest improvements and coach junior team members as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3-year diploma with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of job-related experience in supply chain domain.
- Willingness to work US/EAME shifts.
- Ability to handle dealer concerns effectively and negotiate among multiple parties.

- Experience managing high volume, time-sensitive orders in an aftermarket parts or supply chain environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
