About This Role
- Manage large technology delivery programs and portfolios with 200+ team members in Banking & Financial Services domain.
- Lead digital transformation, cloud transformation, modernization, or AI-driven initiatives with accountability for revenue, margins, portfolio financials, and delivery governance.
- Engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams, and manage senior client stakeholders and executive governance forums.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or Portfolio Leadership.
- Strong Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience managing large teams (200+ members) and complex programs or portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled at handling large-scale technology delivery within the banking and financial services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead digital, cloud, modernization, or AI initiatives with end-to-end ownership including financials and client governance.
- Strong technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering and architecture teams, and senior client management.
