About This Role
- Lead and manage 3-4 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing, Trip Fulfillment, and Process Management to ensure high-quality luxury travel operations.
- Own shift-level client-facing operations with responsibility for real-time decision-making, resource allocation, escalation management, and maintaining 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy.
- Drive process improvements by submitting documented enhancements monthly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale operational excellence globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role involving coaching of teams.
- Strong proficiency in Sabre including fare rules, complex routing, and ticketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
