About This Role
- Lead data analytics and reporting projects for HR Data Products using MS Power Platform and SQL technologies.
- Perform complex data analysis, develop business intelligence applications, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive data governance, innovation in analytics tools, and mentor junior staff in technical and project domains.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of analytics experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and advanced SQL (Oracle/Teradata/SQL Server).
- Comprehensive understanding of HR business processes and domain knowledge of HR product lifecycle (Hire to Retire) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex analytics projects end-to-end within HR data environments, including data acquisition, analysis, and presentation.
- Proficient in building reusable dashboards and reports enabling self-service analytics across multiple views and filters.
- Capable of working independently with strong consultative skills to translate business needs into technical solutions and enhancements.
