About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end transformation of operational journeys within a specific JLL Business Services (JBS) functional area.
- Develop and execute transformation strategy aligned with JLL Accelerate 2030 goals, including building business cases and prioritizing initiatives.
- Lead a team of Business Analysts and manage governance, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization across transformation portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading transformation or change management teams with proven track record of delivering complex operational transformations.
- Experience in shared services, global capability centers (GCC), or business services preferred but not mandatory.
- On-site location requirement: Gurugram, India.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years in relevant fields.

- Experienced in navigating matrix organizations and engaging with senior leadership and operational teams.
- Strong capability in translating operational analysis into actionable transformation initiatives with measurable results.
- Comfortable with strategic planning and disciplined program governance, with experience in large-scale business environments and various delivery models including Agile and Lean methodologies.
