About This Role
- Own end-to-end contract-to-billing lifecycle including invoicing, collections, unallocated cash allocation, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage billing accuracy, collection performance, and timely resolution of outstanding receivables in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
- Support month-end/quarter-end close activities, audit processes (internal/external/SOX), and lead process improvement initiatives across onshore/offshore teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance operations, billing, or revenue recognition.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financial modules (Accounts Receivable and Billing) and end-to-end billing process management.
- On-site work location: Gurugram, India; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Experience with audit support and tax concepts (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax).
