About This Role
- Lead strategy, delivery, and scaling of agentic AI product portfolio across Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, and Custody within Global Delivery Simplification.
- Own business outcomes including efficiency, capacity, quality, client experience, and risk reduction in a regulated environment.
- Manage multiple cross-functional PODs and lifecycle governance including controls, auditability, explainability, and risk management; report outcomes to executives and engage in regulatory discussions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years experience leading products, platforms, or transformations in regulated financial services operations.
- Proven ownership of enterprise-scale automation or AI portfolios successfully scaled into business-as-usual.
- Deep domain expertise in Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, or Custody.
- Experience working in product-centric, agile organizations at scale with extensive engagement with risk, compliance, audit, and regulators.
