About This Role
- Lead and manage platform delivery function in India, converting platform commitments into clear, sequenced delivery plans.
- Own regional intake, prioritization, and delivery cadence ensuring milestones, releases, and cross-team dependencies are managed and risks escalated early.
- Build and develop the regional delivery team, promoting AI-first delivery culture and maintaining alignment with global platform and product engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in technical program management, delivery management or engineering leadership, including 3+ years managing delivery or program-management teams.
- Experience leading delivery functions at scale with strong knowledge of agile, lean, dependency and risk management, delivery metrics and forecasting.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-team engineering roadmaps and stakeholder communication across geographies/time zones.
- Role location is Bangalore/Pune Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days virtual).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale technical program delivery within fintech, financial services, or regulated industries preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery across platform and product engineering teams supporting a global shared delivery model.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering or delivery tools and building scalable India-based delivery teams in global organizations.
