About This Role
- Convert business requirements into technical PLM application solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technology leaders to prioritize and deliver PLM capabilities using LEAN methodologies.
- Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation for PLM systems within the enterprise.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in PLM application functional and implementation roles.
- Strong knowledge of PLM modules such as Part Management, Product & Program Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, BoM Management.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or ARAS PLM preferred; Relocation assistance is provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading and mentoring teams, including business analysts, within global, cross-functional projects.
- Able to translate stakeholder needs into detailed requirements, coordinate testing, and deliver long-term, scalable solutions.
- Strong background in PLM integration with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, CREO) and ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics).
