About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple mobile engineering teams delivering native iOS, Android, and React Native applications and SDKs with accountability for quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
- Define and drive multi-year mobile technical strategy including architecture governance, engineering standards, and the incremental adoption of React Native alongside native apps.
- Own mobile release lifecycle and engineering excellence initiatives covering security, performance, quality metrics, and cross-platform feature parity while mentoring and developing engineering leaders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 11 years of hands-on mobile development experience including native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), with 1-2 years React Native experience or equivalent hybrid leadership.
- At least 4 years in engineering leadership roles including 2+ years managing teams with delivery ownership and technical leadership.
- Expertise in iOS (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), React Native, mobile CI/CD pipelines, app stores submission processes, and secure mobile development.

- Skilled in balancing technical debt, innovation, and operational excellence, including mentoring engineers to develop cross-platform skills and fostering best practices in mobile architecture and security.
