About This Role
- Lead and scale the Fund Integration Team (FIT) across Indian locations, ensuring consistent delivery, strong processes, and controls aligned with the Group operating model.
- Drive team consolidation to three primary Indian locations and oversee all FIT hiring and capacity planning in collaboration with global and local leadership.
- Produce operational reporting with KPIs, implement process improvements and automation initiatives, maintain audit-ready documentation, and manage multi-stakeholder coordination to meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial services fund industry focusing on fund setups and implementation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Management experience overseeing a large multi-jurisdictional team and demonstrated experience in talent sourcing within the Indian market.
- Ability to travel periodically between Indian locations; flexible to support consolidation and operational needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a strong background in fund accounting, transfer agency technology solutions, and diverse fund types (Open Ended, Closed Ended, Hybrid).
- Proven ability to lead large teams, implement process design and change management in dynamic, fast-paced environments with strong client service orientation.
- Strategic operational focus on process efficiency, audit compliance, automation partnership, and cross-jurisdictional coordination.
