About This Role
- Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical authority for Citrix virtualization platforms including CVAD on-prem, Citrix DaaS, and hybrid/multi-site deployments.
- Lead and deliver major Citrix upgrades, migrations, and new solution deployments, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to security compliance standards.
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex Citrix issues, conduct root cause analysis, lead troubleshooting, and develop automation and AI-assisted tools for operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years in end-user computing with 5+ years of Citrix CVAD architecture and engineering experience.
- Expertise in Citrix CVAD, Citrix DaaS, StoreFront, NetScaler/ADC, PVS/MCS, Director, WEM, UPM, and FSLogix.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, and AI-assisted Citrix automation using REST, Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12+ years overall with 5+ years specifically in Citrix CVAD architecture and engineering.
