About This Role
- Lead end-to-end network delivery for data centers, labs, and offices with global scope, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant execution.
- Define and enforce architectural and security standards, applying InfoSec policies while aligning to local regulations and maintaining documentation.
- Drive network automation initiatives using CI/CD, orchestration, and AI tools; manage capital programs and partner cross-functionally to transform requirements into delivery plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent experience); advanced degrees a plus.
- 12+ years experience in building and managing large-scale hybrid networks, including 6+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven ability to deliver multi-site network programs on schedule and budget while managing vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, audits, penetration testing, compliance frameworks, and network automation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with deep expertise in networking protocols, security, and automation across large distributed teams and global programs.
- Familiarity with GPU/AI networks, high-performance fabrics, or manufacturing/data center secure network design is a competitive advantage.
- Demonstrated capability in collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic network delivery and security initiatives.
