About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of U&I's corporate partnership portfolio, including pitching, proposals, delivery, reporting, renewals, and growth.
- Lead and coach a team of 2-3 partnerships managers, balancing portfolios and ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design CSR projects, track MOU deliverables, manage partner communications, and resolve partnership issues proactively.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, account management, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of owning, renewing, and growing a partner or client portfolio with personal contribution to growth.
- Experience managing or coaching a team, formally or informally.
- Strong delivery discipline with commitment tracking, meeting deadlines, and proactive communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in corporate partnership management with ability to engage senior partner leadership and negotiate budgets effectively.
- Data literate with ability to analyze and translate data into clear partner communications and reports.
- Comfortable owning partnership outcomes fully, including handling escalations and complex partner requests within programmatic constraints.
