About This Role
- Accountable for integrated delivery governance, service transition, and operational acceptance of technology capabilities within External Manufacturing and Digital Pack portfolio.
- Owns coordinated delivery planning, deployment, handover, early-life support, and financial governance across multiple products, strategic partners, and manufacturing/packaging stakeholders.
- Leads incident and problem management, service stability, partner collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives including automation and AI-enabled operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, service management, platform operations or programme/project management in complex global environments.
- Experience required in delivering technology change while maintaining stable live services in supply chain, manufacturing, packaging, artwork, labelling or partner-facing operations.
- Mandatory knowledge of GxP, quality, security and regulatory controls, integrated planning, RAID management, and portfolio governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating delivery governance and service management across complex, regulated external manufacturing and packaging technology environments.
- Capable of managing cross-functional stakeholder dependencies including Product, Technology, Finance, and external manufacturing and packaging partners.
- Strong operational leadership in incident management, financial governance, benefits tracking, and continuous improvement in Agile/DevOps settings.
