About This Role
- Accountable for delivery of management accounting processes including Month End Close activities and product costing in line with GSK standards and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Site Finance to analyze financial results, identify anomalies, and suggest improvements to support site and GSK group objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for standardization, process automation, and compliance across finance processes at the site and contribute to global finance projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting-related fields.
- Master’s degree in finance or CIMA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Expert level Excel skills and strong working knowledge of SAP; experience with Power BI and SAC preferred.
- English fluency required; Work Experience Required: 6 to 8 years post-qualification
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in management accounting within manufacturing or similar environments, with strong knowledge of product costing and standard setting.
- Skilled at working with large data sets and automation tools to drive process improvement and digitalization.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines while building strong stakeholder relationships across multinational teams.
