About This Role
- Lead portfolio management for a Global Supply Chain Digital & Tech Tower, ensuring value delivery and strategic alignment of projects and epics.
- Define and maintain portfolio delivery frameworks, standards, reporting, governance, and data quality for effective oversight and decision-making.
- Manage financial, headcount, and contract information related to the portfolio, support budgeting/prioritization, and lead portfolio review sessions with senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Business, Supply Chain/Operations, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
- 10+ years experience in supply chain, manufacturing, quality, digital/technology, or related business environment with portfolio/program management responsibility.
- Experience managing portfolio governance, financial tracking (budget in millions), risk/dependency management, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Availability for business travel as required.

- Experienced in leading complex, technology-enabled portfolios within a global supply chain or manufacturing context.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million currency budgets and aligning portfolio investments with business priorities.
- Operates with rigor in portfolio governance, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional/stakeholder collaboration across business, technology, and finance teams.
