About This Role
- Own financial management processes for GSC D&T Towers, integrating budget, headcount, contracts, and delivery plans.
- Lead vendor and contract management ensuring risk controls, audit readiness, and alignment with GxP compliance.
- Design and operate governance systems across towers, coaching leadership on budget and contract discipline, fostering data-driven investment decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years experience in technology or digital environment with financial management of multi-million currency Capex and Opex budgets.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, financial planning, budget allocation, and governance with senior leadership stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and management reporting; availability for business travel.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional financial and operational governance in large-scale digital or technology portfolios.
- Skilled in driving financial discipline and contract compliance within complex supply chain or manufacturing technology environments.
