About This Role
- Anticipate and assess emerging strategic and regulatory risks impacting Global Finance, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive controls optimisation projects including identifying inefficiencies, piloting digital and AI-based solutions, and delivering measurable improvements.
- Perform management monitoring and quality assurance across Finance Risk, Management & Controls activities to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, external audit, or SOX compliance roles.
- Experience working in large, complex, or global organisations preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance governance, risk, and compliance frameworks with strong internal controls and audit expertise.
- Capable of leading and delivering finance control optimisation projects leveraging innovation including digital and AI approaches.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment engaging multiple stakeholders to drive compliance and process improvements.
