About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end close for multiple Asia Pacific markets and entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to resolve issues, improve service outcomes, and monitor performance metrics.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals; coordinate and implement system changes, process transitions, and finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audit support, vendor/shared service management, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and strong Excel skills.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid (India office 2–3 days/week plus remote); occasional regional travel may be required.

- Experience leading finance service delivery in a multinational or matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, automation (e.g., RPA), and finance transformation or ERP implementations.
- Proven leadership in coaching and developing teams within fast-paced, complex environments with a focus on compliance and audit readiness.
